Biography

Alevtyna Dobina is internationally recognized as one of the leading Ukranian pianist her generation.

Career highlights include performances with Moscow Chamber Orchestra on the Moscow International Musical Festival organized by Maestro Vladimir Spivakov „Moscow meets friends, Bruckner Festival in Austria ,debut
at the Rising Stars Piano Series at Southampton Cultural Center, NY ,as well as special appearance as a honorary jury member of
San Diego International Piano Competition For Outstanding Amateurs , California ,USA.

She has thrilled audiences throughout the world – California ,New York,Hamptons,Texas, Brazil,Italy,France,Austria, Germany, Russia, Croatia , Czech Republic ,Estonia, Ukraine with her profound and breathtaking interpretations.

For special achievements in music and contribution to culture she was awarded by President of Ukraine with an exclusive title Scholar of The President, also she is a recipient of a special merit Grant of Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk .

Among with solo performances Alevtyna is also very much involved and passionate about chamber music , couching and collaboration with numerous Vocal Opera singers Workshops and Opera and Musical productions . She’s collaborated with Theater an der Rott in Bavaria, Germany, Landestheater Linz , Stadttheater Bad Hall.

Alevtyna graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität in Austria. She also studied at the University of North Texas, USA, Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, St.Petersburg Secondary Specialized Music School named after N.Rimsky-Korsakov and
Kiev Secondary Specialized Music School named after M.Lysenko.

Alevtyna currently resides in Austria.

Alevtyna has collaborated with majors of world famous musicians like Vladimir Viardo,Nikolai Lugansky, Yoheved Kaplinsky, Paul Schenly, Alexander Schtarkman, Tamas Ungar,Eugen Indjic , Antonio Pompa-Baldi ,Kathryn Brown,Lydia Artymiw, Sean Chen, Alon Goldstein,Arthur Green and others.
